In this role, you’ll be helping build the new Digital Experience Monitoring product in the Cloudflare Zero Trust Platform. The Digital Experience Monitoring team is all about helping customers understand how their deployment of Cloudflare’s solutions are working in their environment, providing critical insight into network performance, usage analytics, and much more. As a software engineer on the team, you’ll work across the stack to implement new frontend analytical visualizations and functionality, build and maintain our Go API, and add new backend features as the product continues to grow. We are looking for a Systems engineer to join our team. You will work in the application security portfolio, and you will take a cross-functional role to help the team building and designing the Page Shield platform. Our services are mainly written in Go and they run on Kubernetes. For service monitoring we use Prometheus and Grafana. About The Team Page Shield is a client side security product that aims to detect malicious behaviour and compromises that affect the browser environment directly, such as those that exploit vulnerabilities in third party JavaScript libraries. We use CSP (Content Security Policy) to leverage and report what JavaScript resources are loaded by the client. One of our biggest challenges is designing a system that can scale our existing software to meet the challenges of a massively growing customer traffic.
